We are brothers-in-laws with a shared passion for land, accuracy, and serving our local community and clients. We teamed up to create a firm that gives clients direct contact with the professionals. Our combined expertise in land surveying and civil engineering gives us the opportunity to provide our clients with a wide variety of high-quality professional services. Meet The People Behind The Precision
Brady Kalessa
Brady’s journey in surveying started while attending the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in Wildlife Sciences. He later returned to school for surveying and trained under a respected Athens surveyor who shaped his passion and love for the profession. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors—whether that’s hunting, fishing, or tackling a new project at home with his wife. Brady is also a member of Beaverdam Fire Department and Bethlehem Church, both of which play a big role in his life and connection to the community.

Tim Mitchell

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with a structural emphasis from the University of Georgia. During his time at UGA, he worked part‑time for a local surveying and engineering firm, gaining early hands‑on experience in the field. After graduating, he continued with the same company, building eight years of experience in land surveying, construction layout, and civil engineering before taking the leap to start his own firm. When he's not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and keeping up with their energetic children.
